2. Acceptable Use of Our Platform
You agree to use StudyHelpline responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you must not:

- ✗Attempt to contact or solicit tutors or families outside of the platform to bypass our commission structure.
- ✗Scrape, copy, or republish any content from our website without prior written permission.
- ✗Use our platform to spread spam, harmful links, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- ✗Impersonate another person, tutor, or employee of StudyHelpline.
- ✗Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the website's technical infrastructure.
3. User Accounts & Responsibility
When you create an account on StudyHelpline, you take personal responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please notify us immediately at info@studyhelpline.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised or used in violation of these terms.

While we take steps to verify tutors, final decisions about hiring a tutor are made by parents and students independently. StudyHelpline is not liable for disputes, misconduct, or outcomes arising from direct interactions between tutors and families.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove your access to StudyHelpline at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or behaved in a way that could harm other users or the platform's reputation.
Termination does not affect any legal obligations that existed before the date of termination, including any commission or fee disputes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi-NCR. By using this platform, you voluntarily submit to this jurisdiction.
