This document governs the working relationship between StudyHelpline and all registered tutor partners. Accessing our services confirms your full acceptance of these terms.

Tutor Registration & Verification

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,000 (valid for 12 months) is required to activate your premium tutor profile on the StudyHelpline network.
•
Mandatory Documentation: You are required to submit a clear, professional profile photograph and a valid government-issued photo ID such as an Aadhaar Card or Voter ID for identity verification.
•
Identity Integrity: You confirm that all information you submit is accurate and truthful. Any falsification of your qualifications, credentials, or personal details will lead to immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate legal authorities.

Operational Protocols — Do's and Don'ts

STRICTDemo Class Reporting
After completing any trial or demo class, you must notify StudyHelpline within 10 minutes via WhatsApp or a phone call. If you fail to report within 30 minutes of the session ending, your membership will be cancelled immediately and without appeal.

PROHIBITEDFee Discussions with Parents
You must not discuss, negotiate, or comment on tuition fees under any circumstances. If a parent raises the topic, kindly direct them to contact our team at 9250192507. Fee matters are exclusively handled by the agency.

REQUIREDProfessional Conduct at All Times
All interactions with parents, students, and StudyHelpline staff must remain respectful and professional. Misconduct of any kind — verbal, behavioural, or otherwise — is grounds for immediate removal.

STRICTLY FORBIDDENAssignment Confidentiality
Tuition leads assigned to you are confidential. You are absolutely prohibited from sharing, forwarding, or selling any lead or tuition assignment to another individual, friend, or relative under any circumstances.

Grounds for Immediate Termination
StudyHelpline reserves the right to permanently cancel your membership and blacklist you from future platform assignments upon occurrence of any of the following:

Directly collecting or accepting any fees from parents without explicit written authorisation from the agency.
✗
Negotiating, discussing, or even hinting at tuition fee amounts with parents.
✗
Failing to report the outcome of a demo class to the agency within 30 minutes of its completion.
✗
Not attending a confirmed and scheduled demo class at the agreed time and location.
✗
Passing on, sharing, or selling any assigned lead or tuition to another individual.
✗
Any form of rude, inappropriate, or unprofessional behaviour towards parents, children, or agency staff.

📌 How Collection Works: StudyHelpline collects the first commission instalment directly from the parent as a booking amount. From the second month onwards, the tutor collects fees from the parent and remits the applicable commission to the agency.

Legal Consequences & Dispute Resolution
🚨 Anti-Circumvention Policy
Any deliberate attempt to bypass StudyHelpline, conceal confirmed tuitions, or withhold or delay commission payments is treated as an act of fraud and will be pursued under applicable Indian law.
⚖️ Penalties & Legal Action
Offenders may face legal action including a financial penalty of up to 10 times the disputed commission amount. In addition, the incident may be reported to credit bureaus, potentially affecting your CIBIL score and your eligibility for future loans or employment under Indian Penal Code, Section 420.

Jurisdiction: All legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts within Delhi-NCR, India.

📄 Appendix: Registration Fee Refund Policy
The tutor registration fee is generally non-refundable once profile activation has taken place. In the exceptional case where StudyHelpline fails to assign a single lead (parent contact number) to the tutor within 60 working days of profile activation, a refund of ₹1,400 may be requested. An administrative and processing kit fee of ₹600 is deducted to cover non-recoverable setup costs.
📌 Right to Amend: StudyHelpline reserves the full right to modify, update, or revoke these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of this agreement.
